Steps from the opera house, iron/ironing board available, WiFi in public areas. Make yourself comfortable. Close to Via Veneto, Cavour Metro Station, and the Quirinale. Piazza Barberini nearby.
Flooded apartment, terrible response time, blamed for the problem, no towel replacement, cracked cutlery, not well-maintained. No air-con, broken shower, unusable bidet.

I recently stayed at a cozy apartment in Rome for a week-long vacation. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially considering the scorching 39-degree temperature outside! Additionally, the location of the apartment was very convenient, close to the train station and easily accessible for exploring the city.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Sofia Holiday Home in Rome and there were a couple of notable features worth mentioning. the provided database was incredibly useful. It had a comprehensive list of nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy for me to plan my daily activities. the room itself was well-equipped with a small but comfortable kitchen. This allowed me to prepare some simple meals when I didn't feel like dining out, saving me both time and money.
Despite the enjoyable aspects of my stay, I did encounter one minor issue. The room had twin beds, which I found a little uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was a relief after a long journey. Plus, having a private bathroom was a nice perk. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the price was very affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers.
There were several downsides to my stay. the communication with the owner was extremely poor.

Great location near public transport & amenities, with a small kitchen & supermarket nearby. Comfortable beds & clean apartments with an elevator.
No signs, confusing check-in, & no response in emergencies. Flooding incident blamed on us with no apology or replacement towels.

Great location, close to the train station and within walking distance of popular sights. The apartment had two rooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The small kitchen was useful with its amenities like a fridge, stove, microwave, and washing machine.
We had to wait for a long time to pick up the keys, and there was no clear communication regarding payment receipts. The rooms were quite dark with limited sunlight.
